How to Use This Quiz in Class
If you are showing this quiz in class, first click the full-screen button in the top right corner and then click “Start.” For each question, ask students to decide whether the noun is countable or uncountable. Students can answer by writing their choice down, calling out the answer, or raising their hands. For beginner classes, you may want to put students into small groups so they can discuss why they think a noun is countable or uncountable before answering.
Tip: To extend the activity, pause after each question and ask students to make a correct example sentence using the noun for a bonus point. This encourages students to think about how the word is used in real sentences, not just which category it belongs to.
