How To Play the Top 5 Quiz
The format of a Top 5 Quiz is simple. Each round begins with a question (for example, “Name something green”). Players must write down one answer they think will appear in the Top 5 list. If their answer is one of the “Top Five,” they score points, with the top answer earning the most.
Points are awarded as follows:
- 5th place = 2 points
- 4th place = 3 points
- 3rd place = 5 points
- 2nd place = 7 points
- 1st place = 10 points
The quiz can be played individually, in pairs, or in teams. The procedure is the same: give each player/team something to write on, ask a question, and then reveal the answers after everyone has written theirs. The team or player with the most points at the end wins.
