This last rooms of the house worksheet is a fun board game. To play this game, each pair of students needs one dice and something small, like an erase, to act as their game piece. First, the students should place their game piece where it says ‘Start’ and then roll the dice.
Next, a student should move his/her game piece. If they land on a room of the house picture, they should make a dialogue with their partner. For example, “Where’s mom?” – “She’s in the living room.”. The aim of the game is to get to the center star to win a point. After winning a point, that student would then go back to the start. After 10 minutes or so, stop the game and the student with the most points is the winner.
