These flashcards can be used with various expressions related to days of the week, such as:

What day is it today?
What day is it tomorrow?
What day was it yesterday?

Game Ideas with Days of the Week Flashcards

What’s Missing?
Place the flashcards on the board in order from Monday to Sunday. Tell students to close their eyes, and then remove one or two cards. Students must guess which day(s) are missing. This helps them recall both the vocabulary and the correct sequence of the days.
Days of the Week Order Challenge
Give each pair of students a set of small flashcards and ask them to place them face down and shuffle. When the teacher says “Go!”, students flip the cards and race to arrange them in the correct order from Monday to Sunday. Great for reinforcing word recognition and the order of the days.
